The Privacy Policy for Performance Mindset (NeuroFuel) contains standard clauses regarding privacy, but parents should be aware of several items. First the policy indicates that the service will collect personal information from user and also states that information may be used for advertising. However, the policy is not clear whether information collected from or about students would be exempt from advertising. The policy also contains 2 items stating that personal information may be shared with third party service providers but does not include whether any information shared would have limitations placed on how it may be used. Overall, the service provides strong privacy protections for users.
