This directly violates FS1006.1494(3)(a), which prohibits targeted advertising to students. While the Family Link policy prohibits personalized advertising for minors under 13, this protection does not extend to all K-12 students under the general policy. PPRA: For K-12 students aged 13 and older, the general Google Privacy Policy permits personalized advertising based on their interests and activity. This constitutes using student personal information for marketing purposes, which is prohibited by PPRA.
